Well i can only say about ecc that this company is good from my point of view but still there are some staff members in this company who do not like security staff persons to much but according if you want good carrier do not work to much long in this company and lastly i can say when you resign from your job the company is giving good feedback and all dues and funds and air ticket at proper time
