I have been with the company for the past 1.5 years, and I have a total of 7 years of experience. Overall, the company is quite good, offering a lot of global exposure. Its vision and mission are clear, and it operates in a dynamic environment, unlike many other organizations where there are numerous employees and growth tends to beslow. In my time here, I have learned more in 1.5 years than I did in the previous 6 years. My go to manager in india, who has been with the company for 5 years, leads our team, and many of my colleagues have an average tenure of about 3 years. Dislikes

Sometimes, the perspective is very USA-centric, but it really depends on the team. I have a manager in the US who is very transparent about a lot of things, and I’m grateful to have such a manager. The company should consider opening offices in other locations. They are not strict about requiring people to come to the office, especially in the Bangalore office. While this flexibility might seem beneficial to some, I believe many of us would prefer to spend at least three days in the office to get to know our colleagues better.
