They can support you in their own way in making sure u learn one or two skills in their company so long welding and fabrication is concerns. That's if your willing to learn. For the COVID-19 lockdown nothing like support from them and is too bad.

Promotions - Excellent

Dislikes

U can be forced to work overtime and won't get paid. No proper communications with the administration. Work more pay less. Work, work and work.

Salary - Bad
Work-life balance - Poor

Well, working with EWT has really given me more experience in the oil and gas industry.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
