It is not a company it's like a traning centre. Salary paid for employees are not on time think and join there. Daily meeting of more than 1 hour wasting our time.

Nothing get free infact staff won't system their self somebody has their laptop and work without pay for 3 months and after 3 months that will be ?

Likes

No work stress here when compared to other companies. You get time to learn here but all by yourself because no one will be here to teach you or guide you. This would be a plus because you can learn apart from your daily tasks.

Dislikes

A great dislike of this company is the salary and the way when CEO acts when you ask for salary. You can't even think of salary when you join here and think like you're working for charity or something else when working for energy soft solution. I joined as social media marketer -Trainee here and the CEO haven't given us our pay since the 5th month as promised but when asked about the pay CEO will act like he haven't got any returns from his clients. But the truth is he earns a lot and never thinks of employees life. On the other hand you have to focus on other chores related to this company like cleaning, buy stuffs for the company(even on your own money sometimes), act as a front office admin etc. If we ask about it, the CEO with a sarcastic smile replies. "this is also a experience and will help you in future". If you think that this review is fake or not a real one. You can encounter these problems personally if you are going to join right from your 2nd month. Never ever think that energy soft will give you energy to your career rather it makes you blabber every single day. Don't even think of benefits, perks, compensation. I started as a trainee got 3 months free training and started to get my salary,package is little low but instead of waiting and looking for a job with high package i invested myself in career growth and learning process now after 11 months of experience am moving happyly and thanks to karthik sir without his guidence and advice i would have not reaached this place with a good package.

Starting I was not satisfied but now I got a clarity of my growth and am confident in technical skill as well.Its really a good place for freshers to start there career as they can learn and grow.

As am experienced i feel the company is totally different from other companies. Opportunities are really high for freshers to start there career since the company is more considerable in bringing them up as a person and guiding them for there next level too,which i have no seen in any previous companies.

The main thing is that you can learn alot from here. Technically one can learn more about the digital marketing, if he/she does interested in web design, app development, seo , then they can learn it very soon because people in this company are talented one. Im not bluffing or saying this to add stars to their company's review. Thisis the truth. Only if you have the interest to learn about new things, the above will work. So people will see your effort and they will teach you new things for damn sure. Compensation and benefits are actually into your hand, which means it is based on your performance and the stuff.
