Their behaviour is good only when you will join , at that time.

Their behavior, their culture , how to treat people , how to give training to new people is very poor. They don't how to manage people especially freshers.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
