I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Definitely we can improve our interpersonal and communication skills. For a fresher this company is good as it helps to improve certain skills.

Dislikes

But the growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. There is no proper timing for this job. Sometimes you have to work on the holidays too. They dont provide any base salary, salary is like commission for the no of sales you do in a week.
