I have been working in Encanto Technologies as a Director in Sales for the past 9 years. Three things that I really liked about this organization- 1. Work Culture: I have never seen my life a conspicuous fondness in teams. Cohesive and favorable working culture helps the organization to achieve negligible attrition rate. I have seen employees rejecting higher packages just to stay with the company and grow with the company. 2. Strong promoters and partners: Our organization has 4 partners that have a knack of setting up businesses and run them efficiently. Over a decade of experience in nurturing and developing a business helps the organization to grow. 3. Training and development: At Encanto Technologies, there is a robust process of training and development that helps the individuals to scale up their skills and knowledge. Dislikes

I didn't find anything that I can dislike, however, I feel there's too much flexibility that attracts procrastination and delays. Individuals have liberty and freedom to work as per their convenience. It is definitely healthy for individuals, however, scrutiny and balance can be mutually helpful.
