Im senior assistant in warehouse department in pharma company. In this company all are even managers or assistant manager and all employees are free to move and friendly. Andgive respect also so my work place is very comfortable and confident and safe and satisfaction.so i like that job.

No comments but my thinking is better than next future like salary hike and my agreement also finished so I'm searching good company and good salary. present i have taken a salary 17000 per month. Im also 3 years experience till date .

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
