Management is not - it depends on the team

It's too easy to connect with management. Leaves are approved well when required but surely it also depends in the process you are into. Free food facility and WFH when required.

Dislikes

Stretch hours are huge as full volume is handled on same day. The TAT should be increased for atleast a day. No payment for OT only comp offs are provided that too calculation is very bad. MORE hours less days. No proper skill learning and development.

Empower Retirement is very awesome company and a good place for work, 5 years I had worked with this company. Nice environment, facilities. People are too good and the Management they are just woow. Over all I can say it's a best place for work. Would definitely love to work again if at all I get a chance.
