Good Company, culture, company policy, work environment and job security is all amazing and no complaints here. Everything will go as expected as long as you have a nice and supporting supervisor and the team you are part of.

Salary is good and paid on time, but appraisal process needs to improve and proper feedback at times is not reveal by the managers and designation wise don't expect much of growth as company is fairly large with 2000+ employees and most of the top designation are filled by new hiring that are done outside of India</mark>. But there are good examples of people spending good 4 to 5 plus years getting promoted as well so it's really the time and commitment that you give to the organization post that you can expect something better...Read More
