Very good employee policy, good experience with remote work infrastructure, some managers are very understanding and flexible, chance to upskill for employees.

Rapid changes, unnecessary shifts instead of stability which helps work, no transparent communication, layoffs without warning

I had never faced issues whenever there was any need for urgent leaves. There was always good consideration given and the annual leaves were also good in comparison with the market.

Dislikes

Management kept changing the team structures too often and gave little opportunity for employees to actually grow. When this was raised and suggestions given based on prior experiences working in well-structured organizations, the blame was put on the person itself by the manager and held responsible for not taking up more work/ responsibilities. A manager I had worked with had barely had any constructive communication/ feedback shared at all. This was the highest disappointment, they expected 200% work with 0% communication. Their appraisal policies depended on individuals and not common policies. Favoritism was clearly shown by reporting managers. Certain employees kept getting appraisals every 6 months without any significant contribution, while other hard-working employees got none for years together stating reasons like Covid market conditions, while the company only multiplied in profits during the pandemic....Read More

There is no work-life balance and lot of work pressure due to the workforce added in unnecessary designations. The department head(CIO) is racist and only favors North Indians. Under-rates Maharastrians and always insults them during team meetings.

I learnt how to set processes and could question certain process. Always get support from the different teams and this makes work enjoyable. Recognition/Promotion has taken time depending on business needs but given to the right candidate. So very transparent and the flexibility at work is simply awesome. Recently during Covid we were given 2 hr off time to spend time with family which gives all personal time without extending shift Love the work and the company culture. Hard work is not directly proportional to how far you will go in your professional career if you’re in This company. Leaders who we looked up to changed in their approach. while at one time they were all for work life Balance and quality is everything, they now expected us to work till 12 In the night, constantly be on various work apps. Also the fact that while the new members joining in the teams were being given all the necessary support and growth, old employees were treated badly, politicised on everything and were at one time forced to leave by not projects. we were expected to work till late nights. With creative it was effecting quality which they were fine with. senior management simply got away by saying it’s same. Which is diff when you are compensated for hard work.
