I am thoroughly enjoying my work being in capex and opex procurement of engineering goods. Bosses are non toxic and colleagues are very supportive.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals are very poor and does not depend on performance. Also no guarantee of promotion even if you have worked for a long time.

Emcure is good company but seniors have little less pakage to compre with others who come from other company for the same role.. kindly do the market corrections for seniors.. remaining everything is good.

Seniors having very low pakage to compre with other company people who are doing same role..and give importance to seniors who are the pillars they will be very useful for consistent achievement for targets..

I like atleast they give me my medical ensures.

It is my personal opinion because in 2022 I was in road accident & got under operation of my leg. After that I didn't get any leave I got LWP. After 20 day they forced me to go to work in walker. In performance review they insulated me very well after they knew my condition is still very bad. It's cultural is very selfish and no work life balance for ground staff..
