It's been good working in Elixir as production engineer,good work environment and we can express our thoughts to higher management without hesitation,no delay of salary payments

Unnecessary pressures leads to disturbances in work life balance,sometimes you feels like am I working in a BPO call centre?..terrible career growth,lack of skill development

Responsible for overall activities in the plant starting from manufacturing to despatches

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
