I do not like any thing in elico completely fraud. people organizing the company are fraud mind set. I was worked in that company 2 years but till the time crossed 6 months I haven't get one rupee in my epf.. already a case gng in pf office still elico organizers are enjoying with employees hard work and time, really company total waste for my side do not join in these organisation.

In Ar process in a 2 years of time one employee joined as Associate with in 3 year's he got promoted as manager how it is possible.. really company head's salute to you all

One of the worst company i worked. The management took everything personal and did not process my appraisal , even when it was not my fault. I even wrote a email to the chairman of the company regarding the situation no response, even the are favorable to the management.

This company has the worst management I have ever seen. Managers do not know how to behave professionally. We do not get our pf amount. Salary delays are there.
