I really enjoyed working here because of work culture ( no strict timing) , and job security is very well.

Dislikes

In some project growth is limited.

In Elektrobit you don't have any restriction of timing, you have 15 days to accomplish a task it's upto to you how you're going to complete.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
