If you have any new idea , there is no one to listen. There is no appraisal since 4-5 years. I was not getting salary since 5-6 month , There is very poor management management behave likes boss , there is nothing about leadership.

Nothing at all although supporting staff was good by nature and brand value is quite helpful to get another job.

Dislikes

Firstly, there is no salary on time it is almost around delayed subsequently for 2 month and also higher authority had no knowledge about business which is most likely reason of zero fund. Secondly, there is no software for anything people have to work manually well really we are in 21st century and company had no money to implement software in basic aspects. Thirdly , there is no helping you in this firm any employee is at their on and salary as well as TADA and full and final delayed for many months also company is at vatva infrastructure is dull and canteen is not there....Read More
