I joined Elbrit in 2019. And pandemic started. Company paid 100% salary throughout pandemic, very supportive and understanding. Through pandemic was able to meet only limited customers. Not much sales increment. I was offered Area Manager in Lupin and switched company. Managers taught me well. RBM to ABM - all super supportive andmotivate me. Very good corporate work culture. Major benefit is if you work well in Elbrit, you will be easily selected by Lupin / Sun pharma / Alkem. Before Elbrit, i work in small local company with so many problems. I tried interview for Sun Pharma, Cipla - no one take me. After my Elbrit Experience, wherever there is vacancy they interview and take me and my experience seriously. Dislikes

I joined in start of pandemic and exited by end of pandemic. So i was not offered any training or company yearly meetings or budget meetings. Wish there were more team outings. Nothing much negative to say. Many restrictions in giving product offers to customers, which is a big headache from customer side.
