Good...Elbrit is the best place to build your professional network in Pharma Industry. There are leaders with great scientific acumen and vision. As the company grows, you get opportunity to grow too.

Dislikes

There are many things which the company provide but due to negligence of the middle management, the lower level workers never get the chance to avail all those. Also all events and functions are there, but they are only reserved for employees working.

Pros : Your work is noticeable. If you bring in sales, right from SM to VP to Management they know your contribution and get appreciated. Growth oriented company. They know the market realities and strategies aligned to the current industry trends. Good increments, Good expenses. Growing organisation so easy promotions.

Dislikes

Cons : Pressure to perform. Competition from within business divisions. Just because they give you good increments its not that we can perform on the same month. Pharma sales takes time.

Work Details

I handle a team of 3 Sales Reps. Overall i have a positive experience. The work visibility, the recognition overall its great.

Likes

Working in Elbrit since 2019. Very good company. Strong sales team. Focused strategy and execution. Strong management team.

Dislikes

Too rigid control systems. Sometimes there are so many activities going on and so many formats to be filled and its overwhelming.

Work Details

Area Sales Manager. Handle a team of 4 BEs. Reporting to RBM.
