This is a non professional company, mainly family based joint venture unit. There is no any corporate culture in this company. No any job security or staff welfare schemes in this unit. Even if you are transferred from one project to another, you will have to join again as they will not have to pay you gratuity. You get three days leave in a month, that will also be your unpaid leave. You will get this money after 6 to 10 months, when its management wishes and when you are working. If you leave your job in the meantime, then do not expect that you will get living expenses. certainly not!
