I had a very bad experience with this company. You won't get salary (like once in 3 months you will get 20% or 30% of any one of the months salary) Even you resign from your job your resignation will not be accepted. You need to serve a notice period of around 8 months then also you should sacrifice your PPF Amount,pending Salary and experience letter. Even after you completed your Exit Interviews also, they will send you a termination letter stating that you have not served notice period. Like this the list will go long.. In short very bad company for people who want to do their work alone... If you are good to the Manager there you will never be expelled....Read More
