As an organization Flipkart is good and having good policies. So many developments are in line.

Dislikes

Some policies like Leave encashment, Compa ratio balancing should be there across all level. Local level management is very poor compared to Central management.

But sometimes don't like the hub environment because of somedays I working 20 hours in a day but nobody recognises this things. And some company officials not good manners. and without any ID some official force to resign for this job. So after onboarding I resign for this job.

One good thing about Flipkart is that the Management and ground staff are all waiting for a job opportunity to leave the organisation.

Zero work life balance, rarely any promotions with 5-10% increment if lucky!. Always low on resources and consistenly will try to put individuals in tight situations with unbearable pressure.

If you are someone who can work on same project everyday & again relaunch it under another title for next year, then you are welcomed. Only job security like govt job & insurance & other reimbursements are keys to continue your career in this company.

No one gives a 'F' about your work-life balance, neither your HR nor your Manager. WO & Leaves are accompanied by compulsory availablity for unscheduled calls anytime. Promotions are eliminated under performance bonus scheme. Personal Growth= 0, carrier growth =-1, Mind Stress=∞
