Work and life balance. As being a part of it I am dedicated to my work but some how due to huge working load I am not able to spend time with my family as we are being in only work mode handling all work holic problem whole day. We are also working extra in relation with our working period. And as we having near about of time into it and due to work-life balance has became a major problem into personal life as not able to even sort with it... Even on weekdays holidays sometimes we are working as these are days only we can maintain our work-life balance and Will have some time with them also.
