at the beginning the opportunities were great but as time went by especially during and post covid the opportunites became very restricted

there is no work life balance , you will have to extend your shift 1-2 hours everyday and even though its 5 day working module ,almost every saturday work will be there no matter what and the incentive is only on papers , the structure for incentive is not great

Edureka Learning center gives franchise and don't support center as per the commitment. The have 996 Chinese working culture. Recently seniors have lay off many employees and saved their job. National/Business head their juniors only take meeting, which is use less, only waste time. You will only fill data every day. Every week their plan/strategy changes. They are not even confident on their plans. Don't sign franchise center with Edureka Learning centers.They will sign with you,but will not support. Be aware. Do not think working more than 4 months here. But if you are Tamil, you can have a great future ahead. Don't wonder if your friend getting award for keeping close relationship with even married manager. It's all about such relationships. You can see a clear partiality in teams where team is divided into Tamil and non Tamil. Do not think your knowledge will be the one which you can use in work and win. But its only politics.
