Company doesn't care even if you are giving your 200% There is no work life balance, if you are working from home they expect you to work 10-12hours in a day and also during your off days then also you will get to hear that you are not enough productivity All credit of your work will be taken by the manager and there is no transparency as the managers don't let the higher authorities to know how much input you are giving If you are planning to join here, please be ready as you can get fired any time any day without prior notice which has become a frequent practice recently in the name of restructuring. There is no promotion as the persons working here from past 10 years is still has no authority or position in the company and gets treated like trash....Read More

Earlier there was a bit of chaos and lesser clarity of communication during February 2021. A lot of restructuring and updates in the functioning of the organization took place around the time. Now Edureka, has been partnered with Veranda Learning and the entire culture is getting a boost and it has become comparatively more inclusive, which is a pleasant change.
