Teammates are good.in cluster class not more than 5 no. Of students.also organise exhibition, uses different methods of teaching for students encouragement. Salary is on time by check. U will get different board experience at one place.

Dislikes

There is no any type of compensation. U will not get any type of appreciation if studens shows better result than before. expect excellent growth from average students who are not ready to work hard and blame teachers and considerthem responsible.Lack of respect about teachers.never seen talking respectfully or politely with any teacher.

Work Details

As teaching proffesional i never feel hectic or boaring. Ready to give extra time in exam period. I got good experience from different types of students.but feel negative while talking wirh owner of tution.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
