Earlier salary was on time and WFH, that was the only things I liked.

Rest everything.. 1. There is standard policy, higher authorities changes policies by looking face of employees. 2. There is no growth if u are not sycophants. 3. There is one president, she doesn't know anything about business but pretend she is only running organization 4. She only believe in donkey work, updating asana task for nonsense things. 5. Now EB has closed half business, it's only because of that president. 6. They never take feedback positively. They would setup call for feedback, if u show them their face, ur demotion will start immediately. 7. Hire n fire police, there is no job security. 8. They only want to earn money by fooling people's who are in dire need of job. 9. Whatever data they are sharing on social media is total fake. 10. Few people working as GM, VP, Managers, they even don't know the meaning of these titles. 11. If u r good in English speaking, u can achieve any post regardless of ur knowledge n skills. 12<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Now salary is not on time, they have asked half employees to resign</mark>. Not settling FnF after 8-10 months of resignation, some time 1 year also. Few employees didn't get fnf. 13. If u don't have job u can join this company to spoil ur life. 14. They always talk we r corporate but their leaders don't know the actual meaning of corporate. 15. Many genuine leaders left this organization because of one stubborn president. 16. Those who are not getting job in market are stick there.. 17.All in all, it's fake organization run by fake people's 18. The only thing I like is a credit of my salary on time. Managers are helpful. HR department is good.

No Job security. Even doing very good in last 2 quarters, they asked me to resign without any reason saying its a kind of lay off or business requirement. PF has not been credited regularly in last 5-6 months. Work timings are not fixed they can give classes any time between 7 AM -10 PM if you are working from home. Don't leave yourexisting job if you are getting a good salary already they will offer you salary now but later you may have to resign. Very nice working environment, managers are very cooperative. Management takes lots of initiatives for the skill development of trainers on daily basis. Performance based quarterly incentives.

It's a good place for a beginner. There are alot of competitions among employees which will make you want to do your best. You also get small gifts/ cash/ coupons as winning presents. There are job roles with work from home forever option which is tempting.

Dislikes

You might want to move on after a year or so cause there is no much of a salary hike

there is no job security and again they will deduct 10000 Rs from trainers salary first 2months. Job completely based on govt projects. reporting process are irresponsible in some conditions. Top level management is good but zonal level managers are really horrible.Especially Zonal HR activities are worst. Tracking the trainer details and if you apply for other jobs, they will send a mail before going to join without your permission.there is no freedom for trainers to get job satisfaction....Read More

I never seen this type of training manager in edubridge, they are great manipulator and informal communication is high.sorry to say the system was good in initial days but now it's partially polluted.
