Work Culture, Work load, Nothing new and inspiring things in day to day work. Less attention to employees issues. Expectations from senior management is like to produce Mangos on banana trees.

Was managing Projects, which was associated with Government Education sectors. I use to keep track of details of students along with their scores and Certification and fees payment. Coordinating with Agency for conducting exams as well.
