Good work environment and culture. There is a cafeteria for breakfast and lunch. Bonus is good also salary they gave full during pendemic time.

Dislikes

Management doesn't more care about employee facilities.

Working with ecooils is quite good! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was many new things to learn. I learnt everything on th job. I got a chance to gather more technical skills

Company policies now no more favorable for expatriate and salary package & facilities also reduced through policy change for expatriates(foreign nationals)

Dislikes

Misuse of 360 degree feedback for wasted interest (self security) and nobody taking it positively for improvement of down the line employees and for overall development of Organization.

Use & through after work /target completion and management having no vision in long run perspective so employees have no fruitful future with such industries.There is imbalance of authority distribution with respect to work responsibility.Superiors interfare too much and no individual free working space for managers.
