At Ecobank, we as a team is Just só vital as our goals could not be achieved outside division of labour. Colaboration was excellent. Training was key as to bleach knowledge gap. There was no job security and career growth for our category. Salary and appraisal depended on the out sourcing provider. There high level of integrity and innovation for us to attain the highest level of professionalism.
