As I am the network administrator, we can get a hands on experience on sonic and cisco firewalls , LB, no work on switches and routers as their are multiple sitches. Company provides multiple facilites to employes but no increment as per the mind set.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Team mets are good but the work and troubleshooting done by the seniors is not shared by new peoples.

Salary - Poor
