the work it self was very promising and loved to do my job overall with other co-worker and having that strong bond

Mangment is very poor even being fully aware about the work situation and condition about a task still mangment troubles with number and seek for and explanation from the employee as i said even they are full aware follwiing will not be or can not be done for now or until somthing is full filled still mangment will harss about that task scold make you feel use less and not worthy I would alos like to highlight when was facing this i reported this to POC however things got worse speacially for me later when i put in resgination letter they did not bother to ask me reason or reached out to me anyway to be helpfull things got so bad i had to abscond in my notifce period however then too no one reached out to me and jsut simple E-mailed me after 10 of realving me from my duites there are other storiees out there but i doubt due not job/money need they will not open up...Read More

Mahesh navani sir the owner and ceo should know what is going in billing specially The TL "Zeet paul" from billing department doesnot worth to be a TL because of that guy the company name is getting spoiled It is not grate place to work it is worst place to work Extenction without any pay it is frequent They will not say in the begning of the interview that there is a target A lot of pressure The billing department is the worst department I will never suggest any bsc IT or engineer degree holder for this job A lot of politic And they change their target every day if you meet the target then they wil let you go home or else they will force you to extent for unnecessary 3 more hours without any pay and its frequent and if any body refuse to do so then they will play tje corporate games point out yous small mistake and ask you to resign all are involve in this from TL, manager , HR , director everybody what is going in the billing department but the HR and the directors are playing as if they dont know any thing billing department has the worst TLs then wont help you or assist you at all and at the end the want the numbers achive dont have any manners to talk... This company will pay little more just little will give you food reimbursement pick and drop But will suck you brain and blood You will get in to chronic depression condation even you will think of commeting suicides because of that TL zeet paul No job is worth to destroy your mental peace...Read More
