There's nothing new to learn about ecw. You will be working on the same set of process that your TL has worked on (who has more than7+ years of exp in the same process) Too much micromanagement and redundant work. This company is only suitable for people who like repetitive work. Where basic skill set can provide you the job. So much importance is given to the process rather than logical thinking. There are no skill development attempts made. Nothing that I noticed in my years of experience in any of the departments. If you grab a support job at ecw, leave that place asap. It is much similar to other call centre jobs available. They will require all technical skills but won't be using any and only matters is your communication skill.
