Need advice on salary demand

Hello all, I am currently working as a project manager with 4 years of project manager experience, i am getting my PMP done also plan on doing a CSPO certification. I currently get around 11 LPA. Amazing place to work. Employees are very friendly and you will get a mixed culture of people here. I really do miss the office environment. After working for a few months, it was really difficult for me to realize that i have already spent 9 hours in the office. Besides, the salary and perks are amazing.

Dislikes

Politics runs in the veins of every MNC. The upper management will always remain a challenge in large organizations. But you won't realize it much while working here. Hard work is greatly appreciated by the upper Management here.
