I recently went through an interview process with ECE. After multiple rounds of interviews, I was informed that I had cleared all stages and was awaiting the final decision. However, to my surprise, the company later told me that my application was being rejected due to a lack of vaccination, which was never mentioned as a requirement during the entire hiring process. I feel that this was an unprofessional and misleading experience. If vaccination was a mandatory criterion, it should have been communicated clearly at the very beginning, rather than using it as a reason to reject my application at the final stage.
