I have worked for EC-Council for the past 6 years. It is a huge global company that cares about its employees and culture. It offers good benefits and great work flexibility. I enjoy working with the people there.

Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.
