Nothing to like, just don't have much pressures from Softenger.

Softenger as their party company don't give Rewards, Bonus and Awards to employees. Employees working with clients are not motivated. Client and Softenger tells that the other one is responsible to provide the Awards/ Rewards. Their is not much of involvement of Softenger in daily working or other than webinars on POSH and other.

This Company is totally fraud. The things mentioned in offer letter in not followed with in the company. They give excuse of Client site. Like before joining company they said that Sunday's and alternative Saturday's are off but after going to client site they give only 1 day off that to any day within week. Another point is while joining company and during induction they will say like on statutory holiday you will get double pay plus comp off. But after going to client site. They say you to work according to client site saying you either get double pay or comp off. Those who are joining as a fresher it is totally like a jail. They will sign a bond with you and they regularly black mail you like you have pay debt amount. Those who are in bond no increment is given to them. At client site no KT is given they make you work without any designation like if you are fresher even though they assign senior level tasks. Project managers and Manager's are totally non-technical they don't know the work process, If you faced any difficulty they don't help they say work on your own. There is no shift allowance. They change your shift according to them without discussing with employee any day. No leaves are given to employees and no leave imbursement is given. They will black mail you like if you take leave we will mark as leave without pay. Think thousand times before joining this company. And coming to hr's they speak sweet before joining this company later you don't believe they behave totally rude. My Experience at Softenger has been overwhelmingly positive. The comany focus on personal and professional devlopment a strong sense of community and balance between hard work and personal well-beeing are some of most appealling aspects. They are providing good learnig platform and certification cost reimbursement.

I didn't have much to say as I was recently joined , i have joined Softenger in Technical Department and after few months I was not liking it the role I have been assigned so i discussed with my manager that I don't want to leave Softenger INDIA Pvt Ltd because it's good company so please change my Department if possible. Leaves are quite less i.e 12. They're like consultancy, if client or project is over, you're over. No bench. So apart from these two, I don't find any other reason. All other issues such as timings,wfo/wfh, working days all depends on client.

Nothing. Because it's been almost 2 years I haven't got any salary hike. And when we try to talk about appraisal the HR gives excuses that due to some work it has been postponed everytime.

HR is very co-operative and teams are also very co-operative. Giving the salary on time. Giving the opportunity to gain new skills. Office culture is very well. Team management are very supportive Leadership are very good.
