Work-life balance can be seasonally disturbed. Do not expect traveling, over-time work compensation, leave encashments, work from home, and stuff, however, you will be provided with a decent pay package and hikes as per industry and market standards. Do not expect exciting recreation events, however annual awards function is expectable. Health insurance covers only the individual and not family.

The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.
