There is nothing to like about this organisation.

Dislikes

Previously it was fine but with time the work experience has deteriorated drastically. There is no job security and the project and people management is worst. Top management is just rubbish. If you get a chance to grab another opportunity then please leave this organisation and go somewhere else.

I have been working for EC Council since 2018. The working environment and the Co-workers are amazing. There is no work pressure from peers. And the appreciation you get for work is well deserved.

This is the best company i have worked for. The benefits are amazing and there is team enviornment where everyone works together to get the job done. Each person in the company is an expert in their field and maintain a high level of excellence with everything they do.

Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.

I have just joined the company few days back and it has been a really life changing event for me as I moved in Noida from Bangalore and things are quite new for me but my colleagues and management are so kind and helpful.

Overall its a good experience working with this company. The work culture was positive which means it wasn't stressful or overly competitive. The management is very approachable.

Life at EC council is really fun. The way company treats its employees is impeccable. The friendly environment enables all of us to work even more efficiently
