Ec-Council is a wonderful company with many benefits and growth opportunities. My team is wonderful and i have never worked in such a collaborative, friendly culture before. The company has a great training program to make sure you are ramped up and good to go.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Fridays are good and fun. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year. work is good. Good job on overall.

Dislikes

May be sometimes the work is overloaded.

I have been blessed to have worked with some exceptional team. The people at EC-Council were politics free and totally focused on goal achivement. I was looking for a real challenge to work with good people and still grow in terms of my professional career. I got all three working at EC-COUNCIL.

The company provides you a lot of potential to grow and improve. Managers are understanding and take out time to train you in skills you need to grow. I would recommend the company to people who have a passion for bettering themselves
