Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.

Inefficient manager and team leader who do not know how to manage workloads. They pressurise team members by assigning more than 11 hrs target for 8 hours in a day. They expect us to work for extra hours daily without any benefit or incentive. No one cares about employees and they do not allow us to take leaves either. Pathetic management with inhumane fellows.
