Mr.Paresh Dalsaniya, was handling mobile application development.Oldest employee of company no knowledge of mobile app development as well as management.He has only priority to those employee belongs to his caste or region of state.if you are other than simple no growth.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
