I have spent around 4+ years in Ebixcash Ltd company, recently project has been ended by 31st May 2022 from client site. we were continuously asking with Ebixcash management/HR/HOD teams since 1 month about project , they were saying we don't have any confirmation as project is going to end of this month. Please do your job there isnot an issue. just before 4 days of project ending date HR said project is over and your last working day is 31st May 2022 , relieving letter released by 31st may 2022 and they said politely we don't have any other project for you so we cannot align you any where. Thats it, They didn't given any compansation or leaves pay etc. and our official notice period was 3 months. That was very bad moment in my life. At least they should have give 1 or 2 month extra salary so that me and my colleagues can find jobs or wait for some time without any hurdle. In Starting days ebixcash HOD said we have multiple clients at PAN india location , we are giving you promise definately we will align you in any other projects. It is totally false, don't trust this company. According to me join this company if you get good offer and leave ASAP, don't stay as much as time coz they will fire you when project will end....Read More
