They will treat you like They know everything and will never listen to you and if there is any mistake being done from their end then they will start blaming you. If you ask them questions They say don't question my leadership. In reality they are not aware about the process and instead they will try to prove you wrong saying you are not aware about the process. There is a manager who supports only one single employee even though she/he is fully dumb.
