Overall good company. Its stable company, doesn't do anything suddenly, nighter promotion nor fire. Good if you want to settle down in life, but if you are very ambitious then growth is somewhat slow for deserving candidates also. Product based company so you will always have some work.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. But some things can be improved like, give employees chances to visit abroad, I have seen people spent 10 years with Eaton but not visited abroad. Work from home options can be considered, as manager forces to work from office is irritating. New engineering office can be open in other locations like Delhi, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc.
