I love that I have performed great there and my team was awesome ...work culture was awesome when I started there..

No scope of appraisal everytime they increase target....lots of politics over there ...team leader was very unsupportive....nothing innovative there only working like robot...I do not see scope thats why I left the job....As I was achiever there achieved 580% target but there was no career growth..

It was awesome when I worked with full motivation, but due to behaveiour of senior management and changing of CEO Divyanshu Tripathi , company lost its path and now company closed permanently..

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Teammates are supportive and management is so bad ( floor managers head ) team leaders are very good behave likes friends ..and about cafeteria and other are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but targets are high if you can't compete your targets after training period then floor managers pressurised you to resign.and i think few people are there who are staying here since 6 month or 1 year... I was on medical leave but after some days when i come back then my TL told me you are fired its not a good behaviour like this with employees.
