The company provides good infrastructure for employees with everything that could be needed. The colleagues i got as an employee were cooperative enough during the training session.

Dislikes

The company started with a good motto of providing health insurance to the people and i liked it initially to not only sell heath insurance but also aware people about the benefits of it. As soon as i was accomplishing my targets i got some clients claiming that they were given money (approx 20 to 30 rupees) to sign up on the website and those respectable leads were assigned the sales team to convert. It was really close to impossible to convert such leads. During the course the company also couldn't offer any exciting or attractive benefits to its customers while customers were preferring its competitor Policy Bazar because of its EMI option to pay for health insurance. Some day i lost my two clients as they were getting the same health insurance plan which i suggested them at Rs550 per month from Policy Bazar while Easy Policy had the only option to pay annual premium of approx. Rs 18000. That day was a major turn off and i decided to move on rather than being bullied by team leaders for not getting sale out of people who have a better option to choose from....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
