I have to work with the client closely, it is great learning and great experience. I work on a different types and different challenges for the client. I work on the US based residential projects, which is the best experience.

Company is growing like anything, you will get lifetime work from home opportunity with convenient working hours. Totally depends on your luck, some leads are great to work with while some are not so supportive.

Dislikes

Pay is less and sometimes lack of appreciation but overall management is very good and great place to learn.

I am really glad that I am working in such an awesome company. Initially there we no policies or procedures there were on live, but later on, there is a lot of progress in the Organization's policies, SOPs. This is a great place for those people who does hard work and have respect for their work. Management is very good and for me personally, I am getting an opportunity to learn a lot of things.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such of disliking something. I feel everything is good here like Management, My Manager, My superiors, My Team, work culture, Training, Motivation..etc. Maybe international opportunities should be given to the deserved employees. Most of the employees will look forward to international experience.

In Earth Elements-Design Schedule, I am handling a Team of 5. I am involved all Team related activities. My job is to ensure that we give a quality product to our customers. To achieve this, we hammer the application all seven days a week.

The company is open for learning new things, we have clients from US we learn many new innovative things from them there is some disturbance with communicating with them and solving the questions in a delay, we keep on trying to fix that except this nothing with the company profile, and my self i probably believe that this is the base for all the civil Engineer's to build their carrier. i probably worked in all the divisions so all the teammate's are having different skills in there own way to develop the company, if we are good info to develop the company then company will automatically develop our own lifestyle there are many things from Earth Elements that develops the career growth Thanks!

Work culture specially for Accounting team is really good. India team and onshore counterpart are very supportive and maintain a healthy work environment. Since it is growing faster the company policies are getting better day by day however still needs lots of improvements in company policies. Great work life balance, good salary/appraisals for high performers.

Dislikes

Job security was the issue in the past. However it is getting changed by implementing proper exit management and PIP process.

Good Environment and we don't have work pressure. Friendly nature with co-employees. And the increments are good.

Dislikes

I am happy with the increments and but somehow dissatisfied by removing incentives. Some of the managers don't have correct idea about the work what we are doing, and they will blame easily that they don't know how to work. This type of discouragements will make employees not to work properly. First they need to know what work is done by us.

Work Details

I had good work experience with Earth Elements. This is my first job and I have learned a lot of things and I have started my career with this job and with in a short span my position has increased to lead. I am happy with my promotions.
