I only want my salary to be credited. Don't make me feel guilty. If it's not credited today itself... I won't sit here silently. You guys need to keep your words and credit my salary for the past days that I've worked with your company.

Dislikes

Everything. No work culture, no job satisfaction, pressurizing and stressful environment, no appraisal, promotion, continuation bonus, nothing. No matter how hard you work and reach the office on time, your work and dedication will never get noticed.

There is no professionalism, job security, or benifit. The company thinks about itself only. If you take medical leave, they will cut your salary.

If you need an emergency leave, be mindful that they can cut your salary in the name of company's policy.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
