Dynamic sales and services is is not providing various facility to the our employee like as a PF and all.

Work Details

After lockdown I am join the dynamic finance services. My office timing is 10 to 7 so I have to know extra time to my personal work. I have to not give a more time to my family.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
