Based on Career development , it is a wonderful base for me. I learned a lot and I got freedom for my career and skill development. Other things are goes really very well and excellent team work and Co-ordination.

Dislikes

Only things is No economic hikes and No proper recognition for the work.

It's quite adventure and Challenging ,Every project has different problems and Resolving with Our team. Risk Analysis and Feasibility Study with Engineering dept. Developing new projects and establishing according to TS 16949 Completing PPAP & APQP doc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
